Provider and service
Ko-ala is provided by РИСАЙКЪЛ БИМ ЕООД, registration number 205318891, 35 Nishava Street, apartment 1, Krasno selo district, Sofia 1680, Bulgaria. Contact: info@ko-ala.io. Ko-ala organises projects, documents, teams, comments and approvals. It does not replace a design contract, construction supervision or professional checks.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate details and protect your sign-in credentials. Invite people only where you have a lawful basis to provide their email and grant access. Studios manage their project permissions. Unauthorised access, illegal content, infringement and interference with service security or operation are prohibited.
Plans and studio seats
Investors use Ko-ala free of charge. Studios receive 10 free days from registration without a card. Individual costs €25/month or €250/year, with 1 colleague seat included and additional seats at €15/month each. PRO costs €39/month or €390/year, with 3 seats included and extras at €10/month each. Business costs €55/month or €550/year, with 10 seats included and extras at €10/month each. Seats apply across the studio; a colleague uses one seat across assigned projects. Owners and investors do not use colleague seats. The final amount, applicable taxes and billing period are shown before payment.
Renewal, changes and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Purchasing during the trial starts the paid period on payment. A plan change takes effect after successful payment, after which the old base subscription stops renewing. No automatic prorated credit applies to plan changes; review the amount before confirming. The subscription page’s “Cancel subscription and all seats” action stops future renewal of the base plan and additional seats. Paid access continues according to each order’s end date. Cancellation is not an erasure request.
Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. If purchasing as a consumer under applicable law, you generally have 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw without a reason. Send an unambiguous statement to info@ko-ala.io with your name, account email, order and date. Refunds and any proportionate charge for expressly requested early performance are governed by applicable law. Using the platform is not itself treated as waiving statutory rights. Business purchases do not automatically qualify for a consumer withdrawal right.
Files and decisions
You retain rights to your content and authorise storage, processing and display as needed for the service and your sharing choices. You must have the rights to upload it. An approval records a project decision; it is not a qualified electronic signature or a substitute for legally required formalities. Deletion of an approved file requires a request and confirmation by the other party. This project workflow does not override data-protection rights or lawful removal obligations.
Operation and disputes
Maintenance, interruptions and third-party limitations may occur. Keep your own copies of important project materials. Contact info@ko-ala.io for issues, complaints or account closure. Liability is governed by applicable law; non-excludable rights and liabilities remain intact. Bulgarian law applies without depriving consumers of otherwise applicable mandatory protections. Jurisdiction follows applicable law. Material changes must be notified before taking effect; publishing a new price does not retrospectively change a paid order.
