Current use
Cookies are small browser records. The current implementation uses an essential Wix session and a record of your cookie choice. Remembering language is optional. Wix includes analytics infrastructure. Wix optional functional, analytics, advertising and third-party transfer categories are disabled at site level. This banner enables only Ko-ala’s own language memory, not analytics or advertising.
Essential records
wixSession: first-party Wix session cookie for authentication and service operation. koala-consent: first-party Ko-ala cookie, up to 180 days, recording choice version, date and preference permission. It is saved after your choice, including rejection, so we do not ask on every visit. These essential records are not disabled by this panel.
Optional preferences
interio-language: a technical name retained from an earlier Ko-ala version; first-party, up to 180 days, remembers language. It is written only after preference consent and removed on rejection or withdrawal. You can still select language through the current page URL. Country supplied by the hosting service based on IP may select an initial language; this does not itself store an optional cookie.
Your control
Accept optional cookies enables language memory. Reject optional cookies disables it. Save choices follows the checkbox, which defaults to off. Open Cookie Policy from any page footer and use its Cookie settings section to change or withdraw your choice. We ask again after 180 days or a new purpose version. Blocking all cookies in the browser may prevent sign-in.
External pages
Wix, Google or Facebook sign-in and checkout pages may use other domains with their own cookies and notices. Ko-ala’s panel does not control those external domains. Review their policies when opening those services. Contact: info@ko-ala.io.
